founded Intersect Solutions, LLC in
2004 (that became Hallmark Business
Group in 2006) because of his
interest in mergers and
acquisitions. His 30-year career in
the IT industry ended when he was
chosen as part of the management
team that prepared and managed the
sale of a major division of
Protective Life Insurance Company.
As Assistant Vice President managing
the IT resources for the Division he
worked with the other managers to
bring about a successful transfer
valued at $300,000,000.
James’ 35 years of work
experience includes years spent with
companies in the top 100 worldwide
and small companies with less than
10 employees. Working with both
local employees and international
contractors has given him an insight
into a business owner’s employee
relationships, budget management,
and competitive struggles.
James is a graduate of The
University of Alabama School of
Business and a military veteran. He
is a prominent affiliate of the
Business Brokers Network (BBN) and
has presented techniques he has
developed to other brokers in the
BBN Network at seminars and training
sessions. |
